Every session begins by listening. Whether you are bouncing back from a cold, preparing for surgery, managing lymphedema after cancer treatment, or training for your next race, treatment is built around what you need that day, in private rooms with warm towels, a soft robe and tea afterwards.

Your therapist asks what you are feeling and what you want from the hour. Pressure, technique and pace are chosen for your body that day, never from a menu.
III · Science and the art of touch
Treat
Registered massage therapy, manual lymphatic drainage at five grams of pressure, acupuncture, cupping or the BodyTox studio, blended into one treatment when that is what helps.
IV · Warm towels, a soft robe, tea
Rest
Stay as long as you like afterwards. Your therapist leaves you with home care, and a plan for what comes next if you want one.

Our lymphatic therapists hold Vodder and Chikly training, and founder Meeghan Mackenzie is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Certified Compression Fitter through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.
